 How are we handling orders during lock down?

Our online store are still up and running at minimal phase.  Due to the impact of COVID-19, majority of our suppliers are also running their business differently than normal.  We care for the safety of everyone.   

However, if you are planning to purchase or would like to buy any of our products, delays may occur due to lock downs.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  We also held our international shipping till quarantine or pandemic is over. 

We are asking for your support.  Please continue helping local and small businesses.  We thank you for your understanding and we wish to serve you the best we can.

 How are your products made? 

We work with a reliable, high-quality fulfillment warehouses and manufacturers. They have locations  worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility  that can do it most efficiently!   Our cosmetics line is all Made in the U.S.A and cruelty-free products.


How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order  ships out.  If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at sales@dosy7.com.


I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you  quickly, please email us at info@dosy7.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

Is there any number I can call to?

Each organization we selected to give back or donate have their own respective website listed.  Please check their website and contact them directly.  We are also using an application called Give and Grow by Pledgeling.
