Delivery


When will I get my order?  It may take 2-5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on  your location, but can be estimated as follows:  USA: 2-​10 business days.    

International: TEMPORARILY OFF due to pandemic issues.   

 Where will my order ship from?  

For apparel, bags, and all other accessories:

We work with well established fulfillment companies with facilities in the U.S. and other countries. 

For Cosmetics: USA only 

Made in U.S.A and will be fulfilled in the U.S. 

Eco-friendly Packing Slip:

All order information will be sent through email only.

 Will I be charged customs for my order? 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.  

 
It’s past the estimated delivery date, and I still don’t have my order. What do  I do? 

If it’s past your estimated delivery date and you still don’t have your order, we’re here to help!  To help us resolve this for you faster, please see your shipping confirmation email and check that  you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, send us an email at sales@dosy7.com and we'll be happy to send you another order to the correct address. Please note it will have to be at your cost.  If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at our Contact Us page or sales@dosy7.com with  your order number. We'll try to resolve this for you asap!
